Initial Consultation

For new clients
In an initial consult I will ask a lot of questions about your current and historic health concerns, and what you would like to work on. If appropriate, recommendations may be made.
After the initial consult I will work on your personalized health report and send that to you on the day of our next follow-up.
Follow-Up Consultation
Online, 45 minutes
$80
For existing clients
Our first follow-up will involve talking through your personalized health report with recommendations based on information gathered at the initial consultation.
Further follow-ups will track progress, discuss changes, and new recommendations will be made as appropriate.
